Esther Erwteman was born and raised in Amsterdam and is Jewish. She lives with her husband Jaier and daughter Sara. Four years ago, her dream came true and, with the help of crowdfunding, she opened her own cooking studio, Esther's Cookery, in Amsterdam's De Pijp district. She now cooks for an average of 250 guests a month according to her own principles: vegetarian, kosher, and above all, delicious.
